Iveco Trakker – Iveco Trakker Truck
Trakker is a heavy range of trucks and construction tractors produced by Iveco since 2004, replacing the Eurotrakker range.
All-terrain vehicles primarily used for public works, Iveco Trakker are often equipped with a dump body. With 2, 3 or 4 axles, they can carry a load of 18 to 72 tons.
The Trakker carriers are available in 4X2, 4X4, 6X4, 6X6 and 8X8 configurations; they have a power output of 310 to 500 horsepower. The power of the Trakker tractors ranges from 360 to 500 horsepower, for an axle configuration of 4X2, 4X4, 6X4 or 6X6.
The Iveco Trakker trucks are equipped with a Cursor 8 or Cursor 13 engine whose technology helps reduce fuel consumption. The Trakker cabin is the same as that of the Stralis, which comes in two versions: AT (Active Time), a short cabin, and AD (Active Day), a deep cabin with a sleeper.
Robust and powerful, the Trakker has repeatedly placed in the top ranks of the Dakar standings, notably in 2012, when Iveco released a limited edition "Trakker Limited Edition Dakar" in tribute to its success.
