Powerful engine and new axle for the Volvo FE
Volvo Trucks, just launched their latest truck model : the Volvo FE 350hp. With this launch, the make wants to conquer the maximum shares on the European market. The Volvo engineers have focused on technical evolutions such as the increase of engine output and improvement of the front axle.
The Volvo FE gets a 350hp engine and a new axle
The last vehicle sold by the Swedish make is now equipped with a 350hp engine. The brand new front axle includes innovator technologies and can carry up to 9 tonnes with a maximum weight of 44 tonnes. It is one of the most versatile models by the make. This truck is perfect for distribution, waste collection or construction.

At the same time, the make has announced that they want to expand the vehicle's choice using natural gas. Indeed, hauliers can use the Volvo FE 320 GNC with the cab they want : a short cab, a comfort cab or a cab with berth.
The Volvo FE 350 is available since June 19th on the European market. The production will start in September to produce all the orders already made.
