Euro NCAP: 30 FH Aero in a limited edition for France
Volvo Trucks France is launching the marketing of a new edition called Euro NCAP. Since March 2, 2026, orders have been open for this exclusive range consisting of 30 FH Aero trucks. The first deliveries are expected to take place three months later.
Safety in the spotlight
The name of the series refers to the independent international organisation responsible for assessing vehicles’ capabilities in terms of passive safety, as well as to its well-known Euro NCAP programme. Volvo Trucks thus aims to highlight the excellent results achieved by the FH Aero during tests in 2024. On that occasion, the company had already launched a similar range last year in the United Kingdom.
Unsurprisingly, the 30 models offered are richly equipped with innovative safety features. They include advanced driver-assistance systems, predictive solutions (real-time analysis of the environment and route topography) and a new-generation emergency braking system. In line with the principles of the City Safe label (protection of vulnerable urban road users), particular attention has also been paid to peripheral vision and blind-spot monitoring.
Aesthetic highlights
In addition to numerous innovations, the limited series benefits from a brand-new design celebrating the group’s know-how while offering a collector’s vehicle. In several places on the bodywork, stickers with easily recognisable graphics — recalling the Euro NCAP logo — have been applied. The interior features a specific high-quality Black Edition leather trim. Near the driver’s position, a plaque has now been installed. To emphasise the uniqueness of each vehicle, it will be numbered and may be personalised.
