Solutrans 2017 : smart transport and new energies
The long awaited international show for road &urban transport solutions (Solutrans) will take place from November 21st to 25th at Eurexpo in Lyon (France). The 2017 edition will be a place to discuss 6 major themes : industry 4.0, new motorisations and energy, connected vehicles, training and cybersecurity.
Numerous booths and animations
The Solutrans international show gathers in the same place, the actors of the transport industry. In addition to conferences about the transport industry in this day and age, there will be animations and booths. You can also go to the Training Space where new technologies will be discussed, or visit other different booths. The areas are varied : industry 4.0, the ideal vehicle for safety and performances... In Hall 4, there will be the startups villages where innovative companies will showcase their projects about mobility and smart transport.
Awarding prices
Solutrans is a way of rewarding companies in the industry. Different awards will be handed out during the exhibition. Among them, the Solutrans innovation awards (given out on the first day), the Truck of the Year, Van of the Year and Pick-up awards for 2018 (rewarding new vans being sold on the market in the last 12 months).
This exhibition is also a meeting for important manufacturers : Renault Trucks, Isuzu Trucks or Scania will unveil their innovations.
