Volvo Trucks’ successful “Swedish week”

Launched at the beginning of June, in time for Swedish National Day (June 6), the campaign aims at promoting the Volvo Trucks Swedish culture with themes such as innovation and road safety. The leading role is played by Swedish actor Peter Stormare.

When they called and asked me if I wanted to be involved, it was as if ABBA had reformed and wanted me to act in a film with them," says Peter Stormare.

Volvo Trucks campaign’s goal

Volvo Trucks’ goal is to showcase their Swedish heritage and to show how it influenced the development of Volvo Trucks as we know it today.

The campaign ran from June 2-8th 2014 and the videos can be seen on Volvo Trucks’ Youtube channel.
