Renault Trucks changes in June 2013 !
During the IAA motor show in Hannover, Renault Trucks introduced its new Euro 6 engines and announced the complete renewal of their long distance, distribution and construction ranges in June 2013. The manufacturer also took advantage of the exhibit to present their Optifuel solutions and introduce its CX/03 design prototype.

Renault Trucks revisit their trucks for the Euro 6 norm
Renault Trucks new trucks are already being tested by the manufacturer and by some partner customers. Heinz-Jürgen Löw, the Renault Trucks CEO, is proud of his new trucks. According to him, the ranges that will be unveiled in June 2013 are part of a “true revolution” whether design wise or performances wise.
All For Fuel Eco, Renault Trucks approach to fuel efficiency
During the exhibit, the make featured the operation called “All For Fuel Eco”. Renault Trucks’ aim is to offer their clients trucks and tractor units that are suited to their needs, as well as reducing their fuel consumption. This could involve the choice of a source of energy (NGV, hybrid, diesel or electricity), the choice of a robotized gearbox or fuel-economy training sessions for drivers.
The CX/03 industrial design prototype, a Renault Trucks aim
During the IAA motor show in Hannover, the make introduced a prototype that came straight out of the Renault Trucks designers offices : the CX/03. This new Renault truck should be lighter and more aerodynamic thanks to its structure made of aluminum tubes and carbon fiber. Will the new Renault Trucks range inherit from the prototype’s design? The answer in June 2013 !
